Accreditation and Certification
These are the certificates and accreditations that back our brand
CE marking is a fundamental indicator of the conformity of a product with EU legislation and allows the free circulation of products within the European market. By stamping the CE marking on a product, the manufacturer is declaring, under its exclusive responsibility, the conformity of the product with all of the legal requirements demanded the marking and guaranteeing the validity of the product for sale in all of the European Economic Area.
The CE marking does not mean that the product was manufactured in the European Economic Area, but simply confirms that it was evaluated before being launched on the market and, therefore, meets all legal requirements. This means that the manufacturer has verified that the product complies with all of the relevant essential requirements (for example, safety, health and environmental protection requirements) contained in the applicable directives or, if required under the directives, has been evaluated by a Notified Body.
ENAC is the national accreditation body designated by the Administration to establish and maintain the accreditation system in Spain, in accordance with international rules, following the policies and recommendations of the European Union at all times.
Its mission is to assess the technical competence of the conformity evaluation bodies -Laboratories, Inspection Bodies, Certifiers, Verifiers- and thereby ensure the trust of the Administration, the market and society in general in their work.
The RoHS Directive restricts the use of hazardous substances in the manufacture of different types of electrical and electronic equipment. It is closely related to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive.
ILAC – MRA Certification
This certification represents the backing of a network made up of the accreditation bodies of the different countries to which most Spanish exports are sent. This widely recognised certification facilitates access to markets and overseas trade.
